An integrated inventory system includes an inventory subsystem,a purchase subsystem, receiving subsystem. An inventory master file is usually maintained which is updated by all the subsystems. This file is also used to create a number of outputs for each of the subsystems.”
(a) Identify some major data elements for the inventory master file.
(b) Identify which data elements are being updated by which subsystems.
(c) Identify some of the important o/p generated by each of the subsystems.
