Sketch effect to a picture using photoshop

1. open a picture in photoshop and make a duplicate layer by pressing Cntl+J
   
   
2. Select huge saturation from create or adjustment layer tool 
   
3. Make saturation -100
   
   
4.  Select second layer and select Color Dodge from layer blending mode drop down list
   
   
5.  Now output will be white . press Ctrl+ I to invert color
6. Goto Filer menu select blur > Gaussian Blur..
   
   
7. Set radius 4.5 or as you wish.
